The Bible said it was appointed unto men once to die
After this the judgement standing before God on High
Each morning when we wake up our mind begins to see
We wonder if this could be that day meant for me

Jesus talked about the rapture, he said I’m coming back
To take my children home with me, that’s a final fact
It will be like lightening, the twinkling of an eye
And those that are born again will meet Him in the sky

Your clock on earth is set but once , no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop at a late or early hour
Now is the only time you own, live, love with faith and will
Place not your life in ‘tomorrow’ for your life’s clock may be still

Most folks don’t think about it but the grave is nearer each day
And we’re not scared, we don’t mind we heard Jesus say
Follow me right now before it’s too late
